So, the other night we were watching the season finale of The Simpsons, where Ned started dating Edna Krabapple, then at the end, they told you to go vote. Well, I went and voted for them to stay together, they would help balance each other out. She would help him loosen up a bit, he’d get her to stop drinking, ect. But also? Bart’s teacher living next door? SO MANY NEW STORY-LINES GUYS!

So then I downloaded the facebook image, then I got to looking at it and thought, this would make an awesome cross-stitch.

So. Here.

clawdee:

So, I had my Glee cross-stitch in my Etsy shop, and apparently the legal department at Glee was not happy with that.

So that sucks.

But it’s still over here currently:

With that going on I’m actually really surprised that my Star Wars one is still up!

Alright Cross-Stitchers, I need help finding some letters. I really, really, like the lettering in this cross-stitch here:

and was wondering if anyone knew where I could get the pattern for the letters, or something really similar to it?

Okay, since about November of last year, I’ve been searching and saving cross stitch things I’d like to stitch up, for example:

I have 170 pictures saved, along with a text file full of quotes I need to make a pattern for.

But seriously? The last 2 stitches I did, did not come from that file. The pizza one, and the one I’m doing now. The Star Wars one was a mesh of a couple of them.

I also have an idea for the next 2, which again, are not in my files. lol. All I know is that I’m going to need more black and white floss.

Alright!

Got it washed and ironed, just need to frame it, but I have pictures!

This is my first pattern made by me:

And yes, those are pizza hearts.

Cross Stitch is all done, and no batteries are charged for pictures. Which I guess is okay since I need to wash, iron and frame it.

Can’t wait to start on the next project which I already have ready to go, fray block is drying on the fabric, pattern is printed out, and now just have to wait for morning when I’m not falling asleep.

First time stitching on black fabric and need light to do that, lol.

Just checked my Joann’s order and it should be here tomorrow.

I have to say, one of the reasons I haven’t been stitching is because I’m waiting for my Q-Snap frame. I HATE, with the passion of a million burning suns, wood frames. I love the plastic ones, but they are like $3 a piece, when wood is less then .50cents. But I always feel like I’m going to break the wooden ones.

So as soon as it get’s here tomorrow, I’m gonna finish this one up.

I ordered black fabric.

It’s for something special.

Ya’ll are gonna love it.

Maybe.

So.

Joanns is still processing my order. I just talked to my friend who ordered from them forever ago, and she told me that it took them 2 weeks to process her small order of 2 things. I’ve ordered from them once before now, and it never took this long. But they have good prices, and I can get coupons from RetailMeNot.com for it (like the free shipping I just got!)

I think though, from now on, I’ll go with Charles Craft. They have more colors in the fabric. I just need to find a good cheap place for floss and stock up.
